HireAra is a candidate presentation platform. Dresscode is one part of that job, done from email, in the template you already use.
HireAra is the category leader, it is owned by The Access Group, and it is a good product. If you want candidate microsites, spec CVs, one-pagers and engagement tracking in one place, it does all of that and we do none of it.
The trade is that HireAra is a platform. Your team logs into an app, you work from their template library, and pricing starts at £180 a month on annual candidate caps. Dresscode does one thing: it rebuilds a CV in your existing house style and emails it back in about a minute. There is nothing to log into and nothing to adopt.
If you are choosing between a suite and a single job done well, that is the actual decision. Not price.

We have not tried to build a cheaper HireAra. About half of their product is deliberately not in ours, and for some agencies that half is the point.
For CV formatting, yes. Dresscode rebuilds CVs in your agency's house style and returns them by email in about a minute, at £99 to £449 a month. For candidate microsites, engagement analytics and outreach sequences, no. Dresscode does not do those and does not intend to.
Per CV, Dresscode works out at roughly £0.45 to £0.99 against roughly £0.95 to £1.44 for HireAra. At 1,000 CVs a month the difference is £449 against £950. At around 120 CVs a month the two are close, because HireAra's entry tier covers 1,500 candidates a year.
No, and that is the main difference. HireAra gives you a template library to adopt. Dresscode rebuilds your existing Word template so the output looks like the CVs you already send.
Attach any CV and email it to trial@cvdresscode.com. It comes back cleanly formatted in about a minute, then we delete it. No signup, no card, no call.
As a customer, every CV comes back in your agency's exact format and branding.
